The HUB: a “Best of Breed” model, rather than a “One Stop Shop”

We believe that it is by combining the know-how of each profession that we can assemble the best team: the most capable and objective. To achieve this, we have developed a new execution model: The HUB. This HUB brings together 11 partners and nearly 500 people to support you in your transformation projects.

A service platform that integrates and combines all the skills to develop original and tailor-made solutions.

The Why Factor Company brings together pure player consulting partners, technology partners and financing players to meet the integration, speed and success requirements of customers’ transformation projects.

The Hub’s 500 experts cover all skills:

– Marketing, Branding, Activation, Influence,

– Finance,

The Customer Success Manager will have authority over the team members (regardless of their home base) and will ensure that :

– the setting of targets with the customer,
– the proper matching of means with these objectives,
– budget trade-offs and planning,
– project management (coordination, comitology and progress reporting),
– risk management,
– and the operational management of experts in agile mode.
